Some of you may have watched the clip of the two of us dancing and wondered, "Wow! How do those guys stay in such great shape?"

The Hawaii Chair
Dave actually sits on the chair in a normal fashion, and then Steve sort of straddles him, noses touching, and the two then turn it on high. They do this 3 times a week, and wind up looking like the ripped hunks that they are!
